"Hi...."

"Hi," he replied back.

"Listen, um... I feel weird calling....."

"Don't be, I knew you would be."

"Oh yeah, you gave me too much in the bar, was calling to let you know that, and to see if you would come back in to the bar so I could return it to you."

"No, I didn't give you too much. That was your tip. Listen, I don't want you to think that I throw money around like that all the time... I normally don't do things like that. But, I wanted to create a lasting first impression on you."

She laughed. "Well you certainly did that! Hey, how did you vanish so quickly?"

"Ancient Chinese secret," he replied.

She laughed. "I don't even know your name..."

"My name is Johnny. You can call me John."

"Well, hi, John, my name is Beth."

"Nice to meet you, Beth, " he said, laughing into the phone. "Now, about maybe dinner and a movie?...."
